Required Forms for Thurston County Inclusion Events

Registration Steps:

1. Complete the Participation Waiver by clicking the button below or download the PDF and email it to register@thurstoncountyinclusion.org or print and hand to TCI Staff in person at event.                * This form is required to attend any event and needs to be completed each calendar year.

2. Select events from the Event Tab that you would like your child to participate in. New events will appear periodically. Please join our Mailing List and/or Follow us on Social Media to learn when new events are added.

• You can complete this process at any time, even without being registered for an upcoming event. 

• If our forms change, you will be notified via email requesting an updated version.
